Songs of Hope ...

After yesterday's storms and seeing so many posts from those on Facebook who are hurting my heart keeps repeating one verse over and over. So here it is along with verse 4 which makes me think of the Hymn "The Solid Rock". Yes, everything in my life can be referred back to a song! What do you expect when your name is Melody?! 

Anyway, this got me to thinking of other verses and songs of hope ... so maybe on this Monday you need a reminder of God's presence in your life ... that He has a great, glorious plan for you and that you are not alone or maybe things are going wonderfully for you then please feel free to join me in a time of prayer and praise to our great God.

"You will keep in perfect peace
    all who trust in you,
    all whose thoughts are fixed on you!
Trust in the Lord always,
    for the Lord God is the eternal Rock." Isaiah 26:3-4

The Solid Rock
